2.1 Enrollment Process: Enrollment is confirmed upon completing the registration form and payment of the required fees.
2.2 Payment Terms: All payments must be made in advance. Fees are non-refundable except in cases where HiCode cancels a session or program.
2.3 Discounts and Offers: Any promotional offers or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
3.1 Attendance Policy: Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. HiCode is not responsible for missed sessions due to personal reasons.
3.2 Code of Conduct: Students must maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude during sessions. HiCode reserves the right to terminate enrollment for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
4.1 Course Material: All course materials provided by HiCode are proprietary and for personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing these materials without HiCode’s permission is prohibited.
4.2 Student Projects: Students retain ownership of the projects they create during the program. HiCode may showcase these projects for promotional purposes with prior consent.
5.1 Personal Information: HiCode collects personal information during enrollment to provide and improve its services. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Use of Media: HiCode may capture photos or videos during sessions for promotional use. Parents or guardians may opt out by notifying HiCode in writing.
6.1 HiCode-Initiated Cancellations: If HiCode cancels a session or program, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
6.2 Participant-Initiated Cancellations: Refunds are not provided for cancellations initiated by participants.
HiCode is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services. Parents or guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s participation.
HiCode reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
